Shipping

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm Arizona, United States time. 
With the exception of holidays, we will ship your order during these times.

We will most likely ship your order the day it is received.  Sometimes a piece ordered is not presently in stock.  For these items, please us allow 3 to 4 weeks to make a fresh piece for you!  We will contact you via email and let you know if your order will not ship immediately.  If your order is a RUSH, please let us know and we will do our best to honor your request.  Thank you! 

Upon shipment, we will send you an email confirmation through FedEx.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Continental U.S.:
We are currently offering Free Shipping on orders above $150 within the continental United States using Fed Ex 2 day service.  Please follow the directions below to receive your discount:

-Once in the shopping cart, please enter your zip code and click 'update cart'

-Then enter in the discount code FREESHIPPING (all one word, lowercase or caps) and click 'update cart' again. 

-This will apply your discount code.  Then you may proceed to check out.

Alaska and Hawaii:

We do not offer free shipping to these states.  A shipping cost of $15 applies, using FedEx 2-day service.

Armed Forces Orders:
Though currently not available through the website, we can ship to Armed Forces addresses using insured USPS Express Service.  The cost is $25.  We will offer you the same discount listed above, if your order is above $150.  Please contact us to place an order.

International Orders:
We now ship internationally!

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty.  You, the customer, are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that your country may impose to release and deliver your order.  Please check with your local customs office to determine the amount of these charges. 

In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by law to declare the value of all the items ordered and to mark them as dutiable commercial merchandise.  Because we are a store, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as a "gift", even if the order is intended as a gift.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Please note that if you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, in addition to the cost of returning the package to Laura Gibson.  If not pre-paid, this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
