We will most likely ship your order the day it is received, but sometimes a piece is not in stock.  For these items, please allow us 3 to 4 weeks to make a fresh piece for you!  We will contact you via email and let you know if your order will not ship immediately.  If your order is a RUSH, please let us know and we will do our best to honor your request.  Thank you! 

In order to serve you better, we have started shipping all packages using USPS Priority Mail, which arrives in 2-3 days and includes insurance and delivery confirmation.  Upon shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The price will be based on the dollar value of your purchase. Please note that due to our shopping carts' rules, the shipping rate reflected is pre-discount code. Please see the information below for detailed rates.  We now ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico as well as Military addresses at no additional cost.  We are also offering free shipping on all orders above $1500!  No promotion code is necessary.

In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by law to declare the value of all the items ordered and to mark them as dutiable commercial merchandise.  Because we are a store, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as a "gift", even if the order is intended as a gift.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Please note that if you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost to you and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, in addition to the cost of returning the package to Laura Gibson.  If not pre-paid, this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
