Returns
We now accept Returns for a full Refund or Exchange on all items!
Please return the jewelry within 10 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange. The return must be postmarked within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Please include a copy of the original invoice and indicate if you prefer a refund or an exchange for another item. If you prefer an exchange, please contact us and upon receipt of your jewelry, we will ship out your chosen replacement. Please allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS to process your return or exchange. Please note:
-The merchandise must be returned to us with the tags on, in its' original condition
-Please package your return carefully. We cannot accept items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging
-Please send your package with insurance and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping
-We do not refund, nor are we responsible for return shipping charges
-We do not accept returns and exchanges on custom design orders
